I was born with a degenerative spine and joints. It takes a lot for me to get up and get out. My body aches all the time. But if I’m going somewhere and doing something interesting, I forget about the pain in the moment. As for focused exercise, I haven’t done that for a while. I like walking and talking with others. Being with others motivates me to push ahead. I also like going to outreaches with the Church and praying for people. That exerts a lot of energy. So, I consider that a form of physical exercise.
