Partnering with God

“The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue, is from the Lord.” — Proverbs 16:1 (KJV)

When we think about partnership, we often consider shared effort, mutual goals, and trust. What greater partner could we have than God Himself?

  • God as Our Promoter:
He knows everyone and opens doors we could never access on our own. With His favor, we stand before opportunities we never imagined. “A man’s gift makes room for him and brings him before great men.” — Proverbs 18:16
  • God as Our Sponsor:
He owns all things, and His resources are limitless. “The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it.” — Psalm 24:1
  • God as Our Counsel:
His wisdom and knowledge guide us through every challenge. When we lack understanding, He provides clarity. “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.” — James 1:5

When we plan, let’s remember that we’re not doing it alone. Trusting God to direct our steps ensures that our efforts align with His perfect will. After all, what better partner could we ever hope for? 🙏

A Prayer for Partnership

Lord, I invite You to partner with me in every aspect of my life—my health, my family, my decisions. I trust You, dear Lord. Show me the direction You want me to walk in. Help me to recognize it. I will be careful to walk therein. Thank You for being my promoter, sponsor, and counsel. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙌
