It’s troubling to hear someone living in direct opposition to God say, *“God knows my heart.”* Yes, it’s true—He does. God knows when a heart is consumed with sin, valuing lust and rebellion over His Word and instruction. He sees when a person loves their sin more than Him, choosing fleeting desires over eternal life.
